Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Iron Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Charleston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
