Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charleston, SC)

Summit Hollow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Charleston working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
