Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charleston, SC)

Redstone Cross Health Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
