Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charleston, SC)

Clearpath Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Charleston area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
