Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charleston, SC)

Summit River Housing manages affordable housing communities across Charleston. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
