Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Orchard Hospitality Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
