Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Buffalo, NY)

Cedar Field Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Buffalo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
