Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Buffalo, NY)

Northwind Arts Center is an arts centre in Buffalo with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
