Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Ivory Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
