Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Yarrow Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
