Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Timber Housing Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
