Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Vista Water Authority Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
