Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Yarrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Buffalo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
