Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Buffalo, NY)

Harborlight Linden Legal Group provides legal services in Buffalo across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving court deadlines. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
