Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Buffalo, NY)

Highbridge River Manufacturing makes precision components in Buffalo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
