Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Clear Freight is a Buffalo logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
