Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Summit Pharma and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 620 people based in Boston. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
