Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Boston producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 643 people based in Boston. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
