Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Ivory Health Associates is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification.
