Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Fern Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Boston working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Boston. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
