Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boston, MA)

Westbrook Yarrow Arts Center is an arts centre in Boston with a full calendar of events, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer programmes. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
