Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Keystone Energy Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
