Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boise, ID)

Nova Pine Staffing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving candidate screening. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
