Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Nest Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Birmingham. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
