Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

Cedar Meadow Manufacturing makes precision components in Birmingham. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
