Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

Rivermark Ridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Birmingham region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 843 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
