Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Birmingham. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 996 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
