Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Ashton Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
