Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

Amberfield Nest Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • PMP or CAPM certification.
