Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Kestrel Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Birmingham producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 784 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
