Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

Bluepeak Basin Health Group is a healthcare provider in Birmingham with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
