Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Basin Health Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
