Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

Silverline Umber Arts Center is an arts centre in Birmingham with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
