Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Umber Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Baltimore. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
