Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Granite Housing manages affordable housing communities across Baltimore. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
