Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Junction Community Partners is a Baltimore charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
