Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Mill Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
