Clearpath Haven Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 336 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
