Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Rivermark West Inspection Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
