Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Lakeside Environmental Services Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
