Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

Summit Maple Medical designs and makes medical devices in Austin, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
