Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

Highbridge West Care Services supports families and individuals in Austin with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
