Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

Silverline Hollow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Austin. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
