Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Vale Manufacturing Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
