Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Birch Environmental Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
