Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Anchorage with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
