Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Field Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Anchorage area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
