Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield West Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Anchorage design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
