Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Anchorage, AK)

Bright Keystone Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
