Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Energy and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
